If you are not satisfied with your purchase from First Choice Medical for any reason at all simply call our customer service representatives at 1-877-868-5460 within 30 days of delivery* and explain that you wish to return the product. You may also contact us by email. Your refund will be processed using the same method of payment you originally used to pay for the purchase. Please note that for your safety that we will never restock or resell products that have been returned. All returned products are destroyed.
IMPORTANT: You must contact us before returning a product. We will not issue you a refund without proper return authorization from one of our customer service representatives. We will not accept any returns after 30 days. We will process refunds within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (an estimated 10 to 14 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank or credit card company to process our refund request (an estimated 5 to 10 business days). We will notify you about your refund by email once we have received and processed the returned item.
